Dear Rick,
Twenty some years ago I came to Penn Jersey to purchase a battery for my car. I thought I knew what I needed but as it turned out, a smaller less expensive battery was what I needed. I could have paid for something I didn't ened and how would I know! But the honesty of that transaction told me I had found something special. A real treasure in fact.
In all those years I have had complete trust and confidence in the work don on my cars. You have taken good care of my cars and me. Your entire staff have always treated me with respect and courtesy. Even the mechanics would say "hello" as I sat waiting for my car.
I honestly believe that certain people are put into our lives for a reason, and certain events happen for a reason as well.
It's hard to find a business these days that still practices old fashioned friendly customer service.

Rick & PJ Guys:
After my old '94 Le Sabre was demolished, I bought a new Focus from the dealership my brother-in-law is GM...He made me get all maintenance done at his shop which - with travel - was sometimes a 6 hr. Saturday morning blown.
After 4 years, I decided regardless of dealerships maintenance being a plus to trade-in value, plus the expense and time involved, I brought my car back to you for the recent oil change.
It took 15 minutes. 15. Minutes. Incredible. And you and the desk Mgr. remembered my naem and said good-bye to me. All I can say is, I'm back.
